Borders with Pizazz

Learn to make borders with Pizazz! Borders that will frame your quilt plus add interest to enhance the look of your quilt. You will learn how to measure and fit different designs into your borders so you do not end up with partial blocks at the end of your borders by using coping strips. Learn how to make your borders interesting without just adding strips.
You will need to purchase a $30 border kit, that will be available on the day of the class. This kit will include all the fabric needed to make the 5 borders we will be making in class. We will put the borders into a sampler that you can display or just use as a reference for later.
We will take an hour break for lunch so either bring your lunch or you can go out. Bottled water and snacks will be provided.
If you have a quilt top you would like to add borders to, please bring it along to class and we will talk about some options you might want to try to finish your quilt top.
